1. Grant of License Elephant Grove, a creative extension of Poetic Elephant Life Coaching LLC, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable creator license to use the purchased music track(s) in your content. You may use the music in: • Monetized YouTube videos • TikTok, Instagram, and social media content • Boosted social posts (including paid platform promotion of your own content) • Podcasts • Online courses and digital products • Client-facing digital content • Livestreams This license allows monetization of your content.
2. Credit Requirement You must provide visible credit in your description, caption, or show notes. Credit format: Music by Elephant Grove, a Creative Extension of Poetic Elephant Life Coaching LLC
3. Restrictions You may NOT: • Claim ownership of the music • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the track(s) • Upload the full track(s) to streaming platforms • Register the music in any content ID system • Use the music in television, film, corporate advertising campaigns, or large-scale commercial broadcast without separate written permission This license applies to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred. 4. Ownership All copyrights, composition rights, and master recording rights remain the property of Poetic Elephant Life Coaching LLC, operating under the brand name Elephant Grove. This purchase grants usage rights only. Ownership is not transferred.
