Poetic Elephant Life Coaching (P.E.L.C.)

Welcome to Poetic Elephant Life Coaching. By booking a session, purchasing a package, or engaging with any of my offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions, created to honor both our time and sacred exchange:

1. 15-Minute Consult Optional

A free 15-minute consultation is optional for all services but recommended prior to booking an initial standard or extended services to ensure alignment, clarity of goals, and to determine whether life coaching is the appropriate fit for your needs.

2. Payment & Scheduling

Once payment is received, you will receive a Google Meet link via email for your scheduled session.

Sessions are available in the following formats:

• Mini Sessions: 30-minute option

• Standard Sessions: 45-minute option

• Extended Sessions: 60-minute option

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session, unless due to emergency.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or session credit.

• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice are non-refundable.

• Missed sessions without notice are also non-refundable.

5. Late Arrivals & Session Timing

Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

• If you are late, We will do our best to extend your session, if the schedule allows. Otherwise, the session will end at the original time.

• If we are running behind by 5–10 minutes, your full session time will still be honored and extended. Thank you for your grace and understanding.

6. Scope of Practice + Liability Disclaimer

Coaching provided by Poetic Elephant Life Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health services, legal advice, or medical treatment. By engaging in coaching services, the client agrees that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. The coach and Poetic Elephant Life Coaching shall not be held liable for any perceived or actual outcomes resulting from coaching services.

7. Confidentiality & Sacred Space

All sessions are held in sacred trust. What you share remains confidential and is honored with care, compassion, and respect. We hold space for your healing journey with reverence.

8. Spiritual Integrity

Poetic Elephant Life Coaching is rooted in love, light, and divine guidance. We honor your unique path, spiritual beliefs, and healing process. All practices and insights are shared in alignment with your highest good.
