Poetic Elephant Life Coaching (P.E.L.C.)

Welcome to Poetic Elephant Life Coaching. By booking a session, purchasing a package, or engaging with any of my offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions, created to honor both our time and sacred exchange:

1. 15-Minute Consult Requirement

A free 15-minute consultation is required for all initial Standard Coaching Sessions and Packages (optional for Mini Sessions and Email Service) prior to booking any services to ensure alignment, clarity of goals, and to determine whether life coaching is the appropriate fit for your needs.

2. Payment & Scheduling

All virtual sessions must be prepaid via PayPal unless otherwise arranged. Once payment is received, you will receive a Google Meet link for your scheduled session.

Sessions are available in the following formats:

  • Mini Sessions: 30- and 45-minute options

  • Standard Sessions: 60-minute option

  • Extended Sessions: 75-minute option

The Coaching Agreement is required only for Standard and Extended Sessions or Session Packages. This agreement ensures a mutual understanding of services, expectations, and boundaries within the coaching relationship and will be emailed after your initial booking.

Mini Sessions and Email Tarot/Oracle Readings do not require a signed agreement.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session, unless due to emergency.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or session credit.

  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions without notice are also non-refundable.

5. Late Arrivals & Session Timing

Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

  • If you are late, We will do our best to extend your session, if the schedule allows. Otherwise, the session will end at the original time.

  • If we are running behind by 5–10 minutes, your full session time will still be honored and extended. Thank you for your grace and understanding.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Life coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support. The guidance offered is for personal growth, intuitive development, and spiritual support. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being.

7. Confidentiality & Sacred Space

All sessions are held in sacred trust. What you share remains confidential and is honored with care, compassion, and respect. We hold space for your healing journey with reverence.

8. Spiritual Integrity

Poetic Elephant Life Coaching is rooted in love, light, and divine guidance. We honor your unique path, spiritual beliefs, and healing process. All practices and insights are shared in alignment with your highest good.
